Our In Home Experience
Osome is an in-home sushi experience providing curated menus towards seasonality and globally sourced fish and products. We apply Japanese cook and preparation techniques and dry aging methods and procure unique delicacies for our guests. Sushi Chef John Gocong has 17 years of experience working with premier Chefs such as Chef Katsu Hanamure of Nobu Hospitality and Chef Tyson Cole from Hai Hospitality and Uchi Restaurants.
